Handwritten Greeting Card Help

1. How do I create a greeting card with a handwritten message?
   • Write your message on a piece of paper. The paper does not have to be white but does need a good contrast in colour between the paper and ink you use
   • Take a photo of your message
   • Select the card you wish to purchase online and follow the instruction to upload the photo of your message
   • There is a you tube video you can watch …xxxx
2. Do you re-write the message in your own handwriting?
   • No, we replicate the message you have sent with a pen. This is not done by hand.
3. Will you omit any mistakes or crossing out?
   • We can only replicate what you write and do not use our judgement of the text to be left in or out of your message.

General Help/ FAQ

1. What happens if my card/ gift arrives to the recipient late?
   • We rely on external courier companies to deliver our products. Unfortunately we can not provide any assurances that the delivery will be on time in 100% of cases. We will help track and escalate queries if there are delivery issues so please contact us if this is the case. We also have a refund and returns policy if an item needs to be returned.
2. Can I change the delivery address of my card/ gift?
   • If a change is made before the card/gift has been dispatched we can accommodate changes so please email us from the email address you provided when you made the order and quote the order number. We will do our best to help!
