Shipping

Where we Ship:

We only ship to the UK.

If you wish to ship to the Channel Islands please contact us for before placing an order to ensure we can accommodate you within our expected time frames.

Shipping Charges and Services:

Standard shipping is charged at £2.99 and should delivered between 2 to 5 working days.

Next day delivery is available for £4.99 per order. The processing cut off time is 11am for next working day delivery.

For cards or gifts which are letter size we will use a Royal Mail tracked delivery service. This gives both you and us peace of mind that your delivery is safe.

For larger gifts and hampers we will use couriers such as Evri, DPD, UPS depending on the size and contents of your parcel. If you have a specific courier in mind please contact us before you place your order so we can confirm that we can accommodate you.

Tracking:

You will be sent a tracking link via email or text once your order has been despatched.

If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 working days please contact us via the contact form or email info@eler.co.uk

Processing and Shipping Times:

We process and despatch orders Monday to Saturday apart from bank holidays.

We have a cut off of processing orders submitted that day of 11:00 (order cut off time 11:00)

Our order handling can take up to 2 working days depending on the product time and how busy we are. We will prioritise the processing of next working day deliveries.

Delivery can take between 1 and 4 days. We aim to send all products on tracked 24 or 48 but these services may be delayed at seasonal peaks such as Christmas or internal issues linked to the courier.

We accept no responsibility for delays endured by the courier although we will help as much as possible to resolve them.
